Trying to use "Battle & Beast 2" skin pack in minecraft. Purchased, downloaded, ...

We are in Minecraft, trying to open the Battle & Beast 2 skin pack. It was purchased, shows up in the purchase history, downloaded, we cleared the cache, we are logged in to xbox live. It shows up on the console as purchased and downloaded, but when we
go to use it, the box to buy it/download it comes up again. We have redownloaded a few times, what are we missing?

Adquiri dois pacotes de skin no jogo Minecraft, porém até hoje nunca foi disponibilizado no jogo. Os pacotes comprados foram os seguintes:

2- Pacote De Aparência Marvel Spider-Man.
Qual o procedimento para liberar os pacotes?

Halloween Charity Skin Pack

I purchased the Halloween Charity Skin Pack way back when, though recently when I went into Minecraft all the skins from that pack are locked. I had downloaded several demo skin packs, and now I can select some (not all) of those skins to use. For example,
in Battle & Beasts 2 I can select the Highland Woman to use, but I can't select Highland Man; I technically shouldn't have access to either since all I have is the demo of the skin pack. I have cleared the cache, and I would uninstall and download the Halloween
Skin Pack again except it is no longer available. Any ideas?

Was the pack originally downloaded to the console you're trying to use it on? If not then you'll either need to have the gamertag that originally made the purchased be logged in while you're using it or do a license transfer to the console and redownload
the pack.

The explorer pack includes the base game and the explorer pack which consists of: Chinese Mythology Mashup, Natural Texture Pack, Biome Settlers Skin Pack, Battle and Beasts Skin Pack, and Campfire Tales Skin Pack.

The starter pack includes the base game and 700 minecoins, mash-ups, texture packs, skin packs and the starter pack which consists of: Greek Mythology Mash-up, Plastic Texture Pack, Skin Pack 1, and Villains Skin Pack).

And yes, Xbox Live Gold is necessary to play with friends.
