    hi trying to use my gems 2000 to get 12 months and it keeps coming up with an error any ideas?

    Can’t claim 12 month xbl card

    I’m trying to use my gems to buy 12 months of Xbox live and it keeps telling me that you can’t process my request. The item is in stock and I have the 2000 gems to purchase it but it isn’t letting me.

    Again also interested in this I have over 2000 gems that I cant use as everything That I would use is out of stock.

    I really don't want to sit and wait for them to convert to useless Microsoft reward points

    We have received clarification from our promotion team after contacting our web team. Subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP gems. Gem eligibility is similar to MyVIP eligibility, except pre-orders are also eligible for Gems for the gems for
    purchasing offer. Subscriptions like Gold and Game Pass can be Rewarded with Gems by the MyChallenge for consecutive months of Gold or Game Pass, not for the .9 EUR per Gem offer. Apologies for the confusion.

    100% agree with this, I had recently (Probably last three months) started becoming so much more involved in the program because of the gems and a decent payout at the end (who wouldn't want an oculus or mixed reality headset) but the fact that now I can't
    spend the 1200 ish gems I acquired on the decent stuff Giftcards etc because it all says Out of Stock is complete rubbish! And your also telling me at 1 gem = 1 reward point? If thats the case I could make loads of them thanks to the search with Bing stuff
    (3 per search)!

    The monetary value if you will of the Gem has been killed off 10 fold... 2000 gems = around £40 - going forward in the MS Rewards program 2000 Rewards is not even close to a £5 gift card (6000 needed)

    MS Please just restock the Vault and let us get the last good scraps from what was good enough reward scheme...
