    Changing payment region to United Kingdom

    WHen trying to upgrade to premium, I cannot change the region from United States.

    How can I do this?

    Just purchase premium upgrade dlc and enter the code in the redeem code sexton on Xbox webpage.web page.. but the premium upgrade has to be for Xbox live in order for it to work everywhere... I do this with every game and use game pass beta

    You do not have it. I also have 31 aircrafts but I am missing non-G1000 Cessna 172, 152 Aerobat, Baron etc. Marketplace shows separately Deluxe, Premium and Premium Deluxe upgrades, and I am sure you only see Premium upgrade as owned, but not two other. It is impossible combination, there is no such edition available for purchase.
