Trying to Update my Xbox One S and Keep getting this error code.

Thank you for replying back. In regards to this issue, the next step you can try would be to do an Offline System Update. In order to do anOffline
System Update, you will need a USB flash drive with 6GB or more, then you will need to
format the Flash Drive to NTFS, and if you don't know how to format you can view this support article provided. After
the update goes through on the console you should be able to operate the console as normal.

Try to do a reboot on your router and modem (unplug both for about 30seconds to a minute then plug back in). When that finishes, do a hard reboot on your console.

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. If the powercycle mentioned above doesn't help, try these steps out afterwards. If you have one available, I recommend trying out a different network to update your console. A hotspot could work for this troubleshooting
step.

Aside from that, a soft factory reset could help you out as well. Select "Skip and stay offline" and then follow these steps. This will reset the operating system and
delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
You will have to re-sign into your account (and all other accounts), so make sure you know the email and password before performing this step. This will also reset the home Xbox settings.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

[*]Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
[*]Select Reset console.
[*]On the Reset your console? screen, select
reset and keep my games and apps

I'm on my University's network so that is not an option. I'll try the soft reset first before going to that.

I got the same error code trying to sign into hulu on my Xbox One S just now. It keeps happening over and over, I will try hard reseting my console.
