    Trying to speak to someone about a service order via the virtual assistant, which doesn't...


    I'm trying to work out why a service order is stuck in a German UPS Sorting office.

    However I can't manage to speak to someone, not even chat.

    The virtual assistant suggests to request a call back, every time I try I get the reply "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it.

    Try Again" I'm using chrome on a mac

    And now I'm stuck as everything I try I end up at this virtual assistant.

    Any help anyone can give me would be much appreciated.

    This doesn't work, I don't get the choice of saying no to the virtual Agent. I just get a dialogue in the virtual assistant with call me back, I enter my number and it then replies "Something went wrong at our end. We're working on it". So I'm at a dead end.

    My understanding is service orders for Europe go to Germany (presumably that's where MS's service centre place is). For it being stuck in a UPS depot, it could be that UPS are working through a backlog as they recently couldn't access some Western german facilities due to the weather (although that was 10 days ago, these things have a knock-on effect).

    Could also be it is elsewhere and it has not been tracked..could be waiting some sort of customs clearance before being sent on. My advice would be to contact UPS as only they will know

    I'm having the same problem for an Office 365 subscription, can you contact me to someone at Microsoft's support that I can actually talk to (a person not the virtual assistant) I'm from México and every time I try to conect with the virtua agent it appears the message "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it." When I confirm my phone number.

    Didn't think as I didn't pay for it they would tell me anything, but it's 100% this thanks to Brexit there is a form missing from the shipment and they are contacting me directly about it. Good heads up thanks.
