    I've tried to call and use chat, not getting anywhere with that. Am I stuck here or anyone else ever had to go through this? Trying to play with grandkids across Nintendo Switch, Xbox and PS.

    This Player 23****** number was assume randomly generated when i first started playing minecraft on the PS4 few years back. Grandkids were playing on same system split screen so was never an issue until now they have their own systems and we're trying to play together.

    I can use another profile on my PS but all the purchases, worlds, skins etc will be lost if i do that.

    Unfortunately, once the accounts are linked, it is not possible to unlink them according to this official Mojang article:

    Also please try to sign in to the Microsoft website with this account to see if you are able to sign in to it.

    Can't log into Minecraft

    Please read my post again, I specifically mention that I have tried to click on sign in with Microsoft and that’s when I get the error.

    I migrated to the Microsoft account and it won’t let me sign in now. I can’t even try it just gives me an error.

    I just want to play Minecraft a game I’ve been playing since 2011.

    Thanks for trying. What device or platform do you play Minecraft? What exactly happened when you sign in your Microsoft account? Aren't you able to play it? What's the exact error message you get there?
    i play on my laptop. some another account gets logged in. i cant able to play. its say account does not exist make new one so i did i make new account. then i try to loin to my minecraft account then its not there.

    i need my microsoft and minecraft account back pls.

    I think you misunderstood, my Microsoft account still owns my Minecraft account, however, my Xbox account is also linked to my Microsoft account. Whenever I try to login and access my Minecraft account, it automatically signs me into my Xbox, which does not have the Minecraft account. It's still linked to the email, but my Xbox account is stopping me from getting into the account.
    The Microsoft account and Xbox account are one and the same...signing into an Xbox account would be the same as signing into a Microsoft account.....if I go into my Microsoft account history on my PC, it shows my Xbox purchases.

    That sounds like you have a second Xbox and/or Microsoft account which is linked to the Minecraft account
