What exactly are you trying to do?

Did your son lose access to something through Roblox? and you are trying to get him access back to it?

If your son is playing on the xbox one under his own profile then his account should have an email attached to it.

If the games were purchased under your account even if they were free you can see if the roblox customer support will allow you to send them a screenshot of your order history.

I hbae exactly same issue when trying to setup for one of my daughters. My other daughter i setup a month ago and it works fine in her profile. I do wonder if an option has removed/changed and the interface between xbox and roblox no longer works properly

It was working 2 days ago

My son's account is setup as an adult. He's the only one that uses this account I am now realizing that the only games that are not working are the games he has bought through Roblox so I have contacted them and waiting for an answer.
