    Anyone able to advise how to actually authorise my child to sign up for an Xbox Live account?

    They have a Microsoft account, have gone to the ChildAccountCreation page, put in my email.

    I have tried using my password and the Authenticator app and keep getting one of the two messages:

    It seems like it might be an issue on Xbox's end and it's wrongly giving you these error messages. If you can't get around it, then yes, try to contact Support and they should be able to help you. Good luck! :)
