Trying to search for channels again

    Trying to search for channels again


    I recently bought a TV tuner to use an antenna for the Xbox One. I already searched for channels with the basic antenna, but I only got a few channels. I just bought a much better antenna, but I don't know how to search for channels again.

    Issues with searching on Twitch

    One problem I'm having with Twitch is when trying to search for channels. You can't enter the pound sign (#) or underscore (_), which prevents me from checking out a couple of channels I like to watch time to time.

    Hauppauge tv tuner does not stay powered on thru usb port

    Channel search was getting hung, stopped search and start again and it started working...I have to does this everytime I make a change. Guessing xbox one need an update for this issue.

    Hit the same issue yesterday and the only way I could find was to:

    - Open up Xbox Settings

    - Go to the TV & OneGuide Section

    - Select ? Troubleshooting

    - Reset TV settings

    It will blow everything away that you configured for TV but it will let you rescan the channels. Wish there was an easier way but it was the only way I could find.

    Brotha! Thanks! I haven't tried it but I have been searching the default channel for the XP500 and couldn't find one listed. I will try that and Post back, But if I understand the way channels work and overlap... that range covers all channels 1-11; and
    even 12 and 13 that are not regulated in the states.

    I think you have stumbled upon the frequency in which the wireless base will operate. Overall.

    I'm going to try setting the router on channel 11 and see how it works.

    Kinect used to work with homeworx hw180stb(new version) , doesn't now.

    I just got the HW180STB and plugged everything in and Im having the same problem.

    1) Searched for Mediasonic found it

    2) Selected the HW180STB ( New Version )

    One Guide Shows all channels for my area and when I select a channel it shows the correct channel being entered but then flashes the old channel and doesnt change.

    Side Note - Where do you enter the IR Code if I was to try different ones ?
