Trying to retrieve you old account had bought games cant play games had money left on account 57 yr old had cancer last year and other health related problems so not able to work the account was closed about 6 months ago during my illness please can someone
help me thank you

Hi, the first thing I'd recommend if you haven't already done so is to go to https://account.live.com/acsr and there, you'll be taken through some steps to try to recover the account.
You'll need to know either the email address or phone number associated with your account to try the steps to recover it. Hope that helps!

Just to add to the excellent advice Oraclea has given, here is the link to the Reset or recover your Microsoft account password that
explains a little bit more. It will lead you to the link Oraclea gave but you also can read what the process is.
