    Trying to request a repair service on XBox controller still in warranrty-Not letting me...


    I have registered this controller over 48 hours ago now, as I thought that was the issue.

    But I can't raise a service repair on this controller, that's still in warranty.

    I go through the stages of it, and just before it gets to the end I am presented with a melting lollipop saying something went wrong, try again later.

    Anyone else got his?

    Any help is appreciated, as running out of time.

    May I know if you tried using a different device?
    A different Wi-Fi network?
    Or if you have a VPN, proxy, firewall or similar service enabled please disable all the protections temporarily and try again

    You can check if they still are under warranty at support.microsoft.com/devices and request a repair. How old are the controllers?

    Xbox wont turn on

    If the console is still under warranty then you can request a service repair through Xbox Support. If it is not under warranty you can still request a repair but at a cost.

    If none of the above has worked then I recommend you request a controller repair, to do this I recommend you request the repair directly with the Xbox repair team, to do so go to this link: support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/getting-your-product-serviced
