    Trying to report booters.


    Tonight I experienced a DDoS on Xbox live. in a 2k21 live game I was booted offline, the person admitted to pulling my IP address, and I need help on handling this since I have proof through him admitting it and I would like him to be dealt with because this is what the community needs or deserves and stuff like this ruins the gaming experience & culture.

    His gamer tag is: FTG x lxck

    I have screenshots of the messages where he admits to him & his friends booting my wifi if needed as proof to enforce whatever should happen

    Very reliable.

    When you report someone there's a "drop down" box where you can add comments so you can give more details if need be.

    When the enforcement team investigate someone they have access to every message that person has sent & more.

    At the end of the day though a ddos attack is down to your isp to resolve as they are done via your broadband/internet & not xbox live.

    Threatening to ddos someone is taken very seriously though so if this person has been doing this then they will be dealt with.

    How reliable is reporting someone for ddos attack? I have his GT & proof of him admitting, someone on Xbox can log into my account and go read the message, DDoS attacks are serious issue in the gaming community & I would like someone to speak to about this individual.

    Yep,what Goth said.

    The enforcement team do not accept screenshots as evidence as they can be tampered with.

    Also,calling out gamertags isn't allowed on the forums.

    No one here protects booters. You're just reporting them the wrong way in the wrong place. Follow the rules.
