    Trying to refund a game add-on


    I recently purchased a game add-on and I know for a fact I have not played the add-on for more than two hours. I've also just purchased it three days ago and when I go to my order history it does not give me the option at all to refund the add-on at all I have no clue or idea why that is happening, any ideas why that could be happening?

    Since you have just recently purchased the DLC, you shall be able to Request a refund. However, if you are still facing this issue, it would be best to get in touch with our live support to verify the purchase.

    Please keep in mind that the live agents will not be able to refund you as the refund cases are handled by our refund team. they will just check the purchase and see if there's no issue with your account.

    If it is telling you to pay and you have either paid and downloaded premium, paid separately for second assault or China rising, then the problem mostly likely is you haven't installed them.

    I had the same issue, I paid for premium, went to the store downloaded it and such then did CR and SA. Nothing would work- said I had to pay for the maps to play. Then I realized all I did was download not install. Went back to the game icon clicked on
    addons and installed each one.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to request refunds for purchases made so long ago. Refunds can only be requested if your purchase is less than 14 days old.
