trying to redeem code - taking me to new windows page - where to from here

Hi all

Trying to redeem code - logon to account - click on redeem code - it takes me to a Microsoft page? Where to from here? Is this something simple Im overlooking. Trying for days to get to the part where I enter my code!!

Please HELP!!

Code has already been redeemed

So i was trying to redeem my free copy of Minecraft Windows 10 through mojang. I clicked the button, sent me to microsoft, I signed in with my account (my only account), and showed me the code. I forgot to copy the code like an idiot, clicked confirm and
it just sent me back to the main microsoft page. I searched minecraft and clicked redeem code and realized I forgot to copy it. Clicked back to the page where the code was but now it says the code has already been redeemed when i havent. Went through purchase
history and it's there but when i press install it just gives me the code that "ive already redeemed". Help, im just trying to download this game.

im so upset i bought the day one edition and purchased xbox live gold and cant redeem the code sends me to windows page

im so confused and so upset , im not sure whats going on, i purchased the gold membership then scratched the back for the code created my accoun now trying to redeem and get box gold and as soon as i click on redeem it sends me to windows im not sure
if microsoft wants me to download new windows explorer well i tried and cant and then i try again and then im back to the same thing i even tried paying the 59.00 again for another year and again send me to windows page please help !!!!!!!!

Do it on your Xbox man. Press the Xbox button, move to the left and scroll down to redeem code, click a, type in code off you need more help reply via this post..

Hello. the simplest option is from the xbox app or from the windows store app. top right, in the options there is one that is redeem code. I think you're trying to redeem the code on the page to redeem office, that's the mistake

I'm signed into the correct account on the Microsoft Store website/app.

It has nothing to do with an account.

The game code from Walmart says redeem on the Mojang site - which, because of the account migration for that game, leads to the Minecraft.net site.

The Minecraft.net site's redeem page doesn't even list the Windows 10 edition. It's FAQ/Help sections says to redeem on the Microsoft Store.

The Microsoft Store gives me the error code

"Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."

Which leads me right back to where I started.

This has been the worst experience trying to buy a game, ever.

I am not a new game pass member, but without trying to sound clever, how would Pringles know that I have been a member before? Either way, the code should have still sent to my email successfully and then if the code did not redeem from Xbox then I would’ve understood the issue.

According to the Pringles website, once you redeem the batch code it should take you to a separate page where it would tell you if you had won the grand prize (ie. the xbox, controller or headset I believe) and if you hadn’t won this said prize, you were given the option to select the 1 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. However, this whole step completely skipped for me as I was taken directly to a page where it told me that there was an error, so naturally I reloaded the page and re-entered the code again, where it tells me I have already entered today and should “try again later”.

We'd be happy to take a look. To clarify, where did you obtain the code from? Was it part of a promotion for example? If so, can you please link us to the promotion so that we can take a closer look? Also when you try to redeem the code, what error message
an/or error code are you seeing? Are you able to redeem the code on xbox.com? HERE
