Trying to redeem code and it won't let me proceed

Hello!

I am trying to redeem a code for game pass subscription, it's not letting me past the 'turn on reoccurring billing'

If I click continue it freezes and won't let me toggle it off to proceed. It's like it's in the background and I can't get to it.

Either way it won't redeem the code and I have no game pass still.

Any fixes please?

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Codes redemption.

Make sure that you have a valid payment method added on your Microsoft to make this work since adding a subscription gift code will turn on the auto-renew feature by default. You can add a payment card on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > payment option.

Note: You can remove your payment card once you have redeemed the subscription and disabled the automatic renewal on account.microsoft.com > services and subscription.

If you have confirmed your payment method, try to redeem the codes again on the web browser by signing to the right account on redeem.microsoft.com
