Xbox support cant help with a region lock issue

Its with the game itself

No new code will help nor will Anh other suggestion work anything else would be a violation of the terms of us

your account region and console region must match your actual tegion

Us foreign bases don't count as the us but the host country

If you live I'm japan china or non xbox live countries you cant redeem it

You must change it under my account and change my region and not ot the locale of this website

Most of the time the issue is region related. Not all of the Gears games are region locked, but some of them are.

You don't live in an xbox live region so it will be impossible to redeem

And part of the terms and conditions requires you to live in an xbox live region
