Trying to recover son xbox One account

how do i recover both accounts on a 360 to xbox one just got it and started up with my account on xbox one and now want to load my sons but cant

Go onto the Xbox and sign out of any account you are currently signed into, then hit the start button. You should see an option that says: "Download Profile" . Select that and try to sign in using your son's account information. If it is successful, it will
recover the account and it will be back on your new xbox. If you can't remember the password then try to recover it on this website.

Essentially this could happen if one of the consoles is not hooked up to xbox LIVE. So recover your account to the xbox you will use while your son has his friends over, disconnect this console from the internet once the recovery is complete. Then go back
to your son's console and recover your account back onto that xbox which is connected to the net. If you keep your secondary console disconnected from LIVE you should be able to use your profile with no error messages such as the one you're seeing. However
if you try to sign into LIVE on the secondary console that the error message will appear.

You need to "Recover an Account" on the Xbox. First you need to sign out of your account then recover your son's account to that Xbox in the Sign In area. You will need the WLID (email and password) info to do this.
