download the account to the console. If you do not remember the password, there is a way to

You can try to go through the account recovery system for your Gmail as well!

This would greatly increase your chances overall of recovery.

There is no way to change the recovery information. When using Microsoft's recovery, you must use the form. I am sorry.

i tried everything i can at this point i do have the google account for this microsoft account im trying to recover but the problem is it’s asking for another account i do not recognize and each time i press send code its for that unknown account it doesn’t give me the option of just sending the code straight to me.

I am so sorry you are having issues getting into your account. This seems like a compromission.

If you do not have access to the secondary email then you would have to use the form. The Live ID can only be accessed when you log into an account but this does not mean you cannot pass. You can get through without it.

Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on.
