Trying to recover my gamertag

I'm having trouble accessing my account that has been disabled and no longer shows up on Microsoft side of things. Sign in to your Microsoft account
I still have my account on my xbox and ill try to find details such as the specific email linked as Im having trouble remembering what email was associated with it.

Ok, I found the problem, but it brings up a new problem now.

I have two accounts linked for live id's, one giving me the T Roy937 account, and the other giving me the one that is my current profile.

New problem though, the e-mail that I need to download my profile appears to have been shut down by the company sometime within the last year, so I can't verify the account, and therefore can't download the profile.

Is there any way to switch it to my current e-mail, or bypass the verification step to download the profile. As of right now I can't log into my account because it has been shut down.

In addition to the link Sipuli91 provided, I'd like to add that you'll need a data transfer kit if you want to transfer the saves and content from your old hard drive to the one in your new console:
