Trying to recover hacked account

My account got hacked and the hacker changed the email associated with the account and the recovery email, also whenever i tried to type my email on minecraft sign in it stated that that email doesnt exist and that if i wanted to create a new one. After that i created a new microsoft account with the same gmail and it appears that in minecraft launcher, microsoft store and in the xbox app and i try to sign up it has 2 account with the same email but when i try to enter the first one it then transforms into a completely different email, whome i assume is of the hacker, and when i try to enter the second account it pops an error message 0x80074cf. Today in appears that when i go to microst strore or any other app my first account has regained my original email but i still cant enter it because it pops up the same error 0x80074cf and nothing i have done has fixed the issue. I though that since i regained control of my first account if i deleted the microsoft account i created after the incident (the 2nd account with the same gmail) it will fix itself but now and doesntlet me enter and pops a different error message 0x8007003B
