Trying to re-fund Halo Infinite credits a mistakenly bought.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

I just read it and it says that it is likely eligible if the currency wasn't used.

It's because sounding read the refund policy

Consumables aren't refundable since you can use them multiple times

Try logging off and logging back in. Make sure that your credit card has sufficient funds to make your purchase.

Also, try removing the card and re-adding it if troubles continue.
