Trying to purchase Realms Plus, no connection to store

I'm trying to purchase Realms Plus (through the Windows 10 version, logged into the xbox app on pc of course) and renew our server, but it isn't even connecting to the store. I have a direct internet connection via ethernet cable, double checked my payment
information with the microsoft store, absolutely no clue unless the servers have just been down for a very long time for everyone.

I also don't understand what it means by "bought on another device" when I've only purchased it in the past through this same application and I'm the only one with access to this computer and account. Same device, same account, not sure how I could have
done that in the past or if it is suggesting someone else purchased my server?? No clue.

I'M PLAYING ON WINDOWS 10. WHICH VERSION DO I NEED? 

You’ll need your subscription purchase to match the
version of the game you are playing. For example, if you bought Minecraft from the Windows 10 store, you'll need to buy Realms Plus for Minecraft.

Now make sure you have installed Minecraft on your PC, then go here:

and click on "Get Realms Plus" at the top-right of the page.

Did you purchased the game through the Microsoft Store or a key somewhere else?

Also, are you trying to connect to a Realms Server?

Is Windows 10 fully updated?
