Trying to play xbox 360 cloud gaming on a samsung phone, unable to login

Is not necessary write passwords due to cloud gaming service already recognize that you're the one that want to play

May I know if you tried clearing data and cache for game pass app to see how it goes?

Could you try running another xbox 360 via cloud gaming?

Or run this game on another device

Also, so that we can point you in the right direction here, what’s the brand (Seagate, WD, Toshiba, Samsung, etc.) and the exact model of the external drive?

There isn't one. Only Samsung TV's at the moment do Xbox Cloud gaming, but none that can play games remotely.

Why is people like this ?

If I'm asking specifically about it it's because I know it should be there, I use other devices like a Samsung phone and I have a game pass ultimate subscription and I play in my phone, the cloud option is ubiquitously in every device I possess except my Huawei tablet.
