    No sound no fun!!!!

    Recently I went to play my xbox one,picture was great no issues there but no sound what so ever , usually get bleeping etc when selecting different things but now nothing,I've followed what instructions I've seen on help pages still nothing,even when trying
    to set up my kinnect on audio where it blasts music out its saying my speaker volumes too low but there is nil sound,tried different hdmi cables tv working fine

    Suggested fix for Controller disconnects

    That worked! Thanks - there is a definite issue with the Kinnect. What gave it away was your comment on the blocking of the signal view from the Kinnect.

    I unplugged the Kinnect and whaala...back in action.

    problem with my xbox1 kinect it see me no problem but when l ask it to do something no good

    Try recalibrating the kinnect in the settings? that or your kinnect is broken and you need to get it replaced.

    I suggest you try to go through the kinnect setup on more time. Also are you using the chat headset when you giving the "xbox record that" command? If your not then that is your issue. Playing loud games with noise from your speakers will not work well
    if the kinnect is trying to decipher and listen.

    Mine works every time I speak through the microphone.

    Again I suggest: Redo the kinnect configuration in settings, kinnect.
