Trying to play gta online even when I have game pass

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues playing GTA Online.

If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

• May I ask exactly what happens when you try to play GTA Online? Do you get any error codes/messages, or a prompt to purchase Game Pass?

• Could you tell me which Game Pass plan you have on the other account? You can see this by signing in at: [ https://account.microsoft.com/services ]. To play GTA Online you need either Xbox Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

• Have you already tried power cycling your console? like this:

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug the console's power cord for 3 minutes. If you have the original Xbox One, you'll have to unplug the power supply unit from both the console and the outlet.
- Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 3 minutes.
- Plug everything back together and check if the issues persist.

I got the GTA V it includes GTA v and GTA V online with criminal enterprise starter pack and I cant play GTA online idk what's going on with that do u have to get game pass for it.

To play GTA 5 online (GTA Online) on Xbox, even with Xbox Game Pass Core, you need to have a Rockstar Games Social Club account, an active internet connection and, in some cases, check the privacy settings of your Xbox profile

So the games i own and see the issue in is gta V , rainbow six siege , black ops two , minecraft , ect. Two of those i own on disc and the other one digitally and whenever i put the disc in and get into the game it like ad walls me with game pass like forcing me to try and buy it when i already own the game . My live pass is still good , also when i try and play some of those games i cant even play offline or online it doesnt let me do anything i just get like ad walled by the game pass

GTA at the moment is not on Game pass, if you have it as a game in your downloaded ones, you can play it in Story Mood.

If he wants to play online you will need to have GOLD subscription so he can play online with other players.
