    Trying to play Fortnite and it keeps saying reconnect controller. I have changed the batteries, updated controller, console etc and it still says it. Unable to play

    If you just delete the game, the account still stays there. You are just deleting the game application and then installing it straight back. No need to touch the account.

    Have you tried deleting the games and then reinstalling it?
