Hi, I am having a similar problem. I bought the game digitally from the Xbox store for the series X/S. I download the 90GB game, but when I try and click play, I get a prompt to join gamepass, which I don’t want to (I already have a Xbox Live Subscription). Then I get a prompt saying that I am missing privileges to play online.

I cant play the games but it also says I don't have gamepass or ea play, when I know for a fact my friend has gamepass, when I click to look through the gamepass games it prompts me to buy the gamepass when I shouldn't have to buy it because the friend I'm game sharing with has it. I can't play or install games from gamepass or games (not in gamepass) that he bought digitally. It's as if im getting nothing at all from gamesharing with him. When it was working about a month ago.

That's BS. Because it is happening to me on the codmw2 pre-order saying i didn't purchase it but clearly did but I take I'm just out 105 dollars on xbox and won't ever see it again

I've been playing FH5 on PC with my Gamepass subscription. Yesterday, I purchased from ingame the premium addons bundle. It shows I own it in the xbox launcher but not ingame. I haven't been able to access any of the content. If i try to go to carpacks and select the formula drift for example, it just prompts me to purchase it, and then tells me I already did. None of the content im supposed to receive with the add-on bundle is accessible.

I've also noticed even though I spent money buying the 8 car carpass and VIP membership I no longer have it even though yesterday when I play I was able to access all of that content I purchased it while in game. My Xbox app on my pc says that my content is ready to be used in game so I have purchased it but now it's not working what do I need to do now?
