I was trying to play a game and it said I needed to download: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime

there is no error just the same.. the download bar still stuck at 0% and the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Desktop Runtime Package installed" still pop up every time I try to download a game from the pc game pass
