Trying to play Avengers I’ve deleted saved data, factory reset, and reinstalled multiple...

If I do a soft factory reset will all my game data save? I won’t loose all my progress in the games I’ve played?

Thanks for the advice but I’ve tried all that and it still persists and I’ve done it in multiple tries especially deleting the app and reinstalling and resetting my phone

I have an Xbox series X I’ve tried different Wi-Fi connections and I’ve tried deleting my saved data so it’ll sync up again properly. I have also tried soft resetting and hard resetting my console and none of that has worked either so I am now trying reinstalling the game to see if that works

I don't believe deleting save data will fix this issue. If the power cycle does not work then you can try doing a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed content so you won't need to redownload it. If that doesn't work then you
may need to consider the delete/reinstall method .

I'm having the same issues! When I play it offline it's fine, but the moment I connect to Xbox live it freezes. I've already done everything. I've reinstalled, deleted my profile, save data, and factory reset my xbox. Still Freezing.
