Trying to play a game from xbox one to my phone.. It eventually loads up but I can't seem...

None of the above solutions resolved the issue for me. This has happened from time to time it seems that it has more to do with what add is loading since if I keep trying eventually an add plays and the games work correctly. It may even load 2 or 3 adds
correctly till it seems to come to the one that is not agreeable. I've seen this issue before and eventually the commercial that has been causing the issue is no longer being used, then all works well for a few weeks till a new problem commercial shows up.
I have seen this issue on more than one pc but it is less likely to happen on my home pc which is connected to the Internet though a router the problem is more common on my laptop that accesses the Internet through a usb tether connection to my phone. Recently
I did a clean install of the windows 10 operating system to see if it would resolve this issue along with another that has to do with my touchpad that I can't turn off. Both problems still exist.

It's actually not an update issue. Something was preventing it from loading the sign in screen and dashboard. My xbox is up to date. I eventually solved the problem but had to format my hard drive so lost all my games and game saves but it sorted the problem.
The issue of the xbox not loading seemed to occur after it crashed whilst using the Absolute Radio App.

But I play this game on my lumia phone,and it seems that I can't get Xbox Insider Hub on my lumia phone,so is that means I can't play the BETE version on my lumia phone,right?

I have been having problems with Ori and the Will of the Wisps when trying to play it on my pc using the xbox beta app. It loads up fine then I press play game and it says start new game. I can't get it to load my saves. I can get it to sometimes work
if I turn my xbox on and start ori from there and then exit out and load up the game on the pc and it shows my latest save but it doesn't always work. Any help?? Really strange

I bought this game for my son and I to play on Xbox one with the backwards compatibility but when we load it up it disconnects us from Xbox live (or says it does) but we are still logged in to Xbox live on the one console. So we can't save or load anything
and anything we do will be reset each time we play.
