Trying to obtain a replacement XBox One power supply

    Trying to obtain a replacement XBox One power supply


    I am trying to find a way to purchase a replacement XBox One power supply unit. Can't find any way to do this from Microsoft, and their call back support function isn't working properly. How can I order a replacment, or is there a telephone number I can use in the UK to get through to somebody at Microsoft - their support function is atrocious.

    You can't those are over 10 years old and no longer manufactured therefore cannot be ordered

    And you are way past warranty at this pojnt like over 5 years

    You will have to find a used store with one or simply upgrade to an one s or higher as they only use ac cords

    Amazon does carry them but at this point you might as well buy a new one s for the cost even a used one if you can find one s would be more worth it

    The controllers are better with Bluetooth and replaceable parts

    Just a friendly reminder though that Microsoft no longer offers replacement for original xbox one power supply, they no longer sell them as well.

    If it is the original Xbox One with the separate
    power supply     then you will need to obtain a new power supply suitable for use in the US. If your console is one of the newer Xbox One S or Xbox One X consoles then all you will need to do is obtain a new power cable.
