    Trying to make a purchase at Xbox.com


    Hello, my name is Robert. I have been an Xbox customer for many years. Recently, I have made several purchases at Xbox.com, some of them with different shipping address (sending gifts to my friends) but all orders were paid for with the same credit card
    and billing address (my card). The latest order was canceled and flagged as suspicious. I understand that different addresses can flag as suspicious, but when I called Microsoft support to clear this up, they declined to allow me to make any more purchases.
    This is a mistake. I have been told that they will not re-open my account. This is a mistake. I can prove that my orders are not fraudulent. Please contact me to resolve this. I can provide a case number.

    Are you trying to make the purchase from xbox.com? If so be advised that xbox.com has not been setup to make transactions using your Microsoft Account.

    i've been having a really weird problem. i've been trying to purchase backward compatible games via games with gold, but it keeps saying on all ways to get it that "i can't make this transaction at xbox.com. please make it via your xbox" help anyone?
