trying to log into xbox and it says "help us secure your account"

I went through the process to verify my account but it keeps getting rejected because some of the questions are like “ fill in this box some emails you have recently sent to a person” I can’t do that because I don’t use my Xbox’s email address to send emails!! And I don’t remember the date I put into the account because it won’t let me log in, this is so annoying to deal with because it’s like a loop and I can’t contact customer service because it’s past 5. I was just tryna enjoy my spring break but this ruined it. It should never be this complicated to verify my account, the question are so random too how do you expect me to remember emails I have sent to people if I can’t even check or how do you expect me to remember past passwords used for that account I’m not gonna write down every password I use. Anyways if anyone can get back to me please help I can’t lose a the stuff I have on this account I have spent way too much time and money to lose this account to some random verification check.
