Trying to log into my Microsoft Xbox account

It will not accept my passwords I have changed my passwords updated it still will not accept it

There have been technical issues lately, please try again later today, although they should be fixed, but if the problem persists the best thing I can recommend is to help Xbox by reporting the problem via the following link:

Click the green "Report" button and fill out the information as detailed as possible.

This way, Xbox will know there is a problem and can work to fix it as soon as possible.

Another option that I can recommend is if your problem is with the PC. reinstall Windows or check if your version is updated as a last resort. I use Windows 10 and I have not had problems with anything, but I have noticed that Windows 11 does, if so you could also report the problem through Microsoft support at the following link.

Navigate to the search bar and enter your issue. Press Enter or click "Get Help." Sign in to access support options. Choose the appropriate product, select the appropriate category and confirm your selection. The system will provide you with support options to help you further.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the only ones who can take care of these types of problems are support.

This is what I found regarding the error code:

Error 0x8015DC0C occurs when you sign in to the Xbox app on Windows 10

You get the following error code when you sign in to your profile in the Xbox app on Windows 10:

0x8015DC0C

This may mean that your Xbox account lists you as a child in your Xbox family, but that your Microsoft account lists you as an adult.

Solution

To resolve this problem, check and edit your family settings at account.microsoft.com/family.

Are you able to login to account.microsoft.com without any issues? And are you logged into the Microsoft Store and the Xbox Console Companion app?

If you haven't already, I recommend resetting the game in the system settings.

• Select the Start button, then select
  Settings > Apps
  > Apps & features. Or just click the shortcut link at the bottom of this article.
• Select the app you want to fix.
• Select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select
  Repair if it's available. If it isn't available or doesn't fix the problem, select
  Reset.

I can log into all other Microsoft services, I don't have an X Box though.
