    On a website on a browser I managed to log in. On the Xbox app I couldn't.

    It kept sending me codes to my email over and over again.

    Also, I have game pass on my console. Do I have to pay to have it on my PC as well?

    I can understand your concern and please don't worry I am here to help you.

    Unfortunately, due to PlayStation restrictions, once your Microsoft account is linked, it cannot be unlinked.

    Microsoft offers the option to fill out a form for the recovery of your account, but it is necessary to know first the email address of the account you want to recover.

    In the next link Xbox recommends you follow three steps from your console to see if you can access your email. I recommend you try them to see if you can find it that way.

    Unfortunately, the Xbox team cannot give you that information even if you know your gamertag.
