Trying to log in - it sends the verification code and then when I enter it, it goes back to...

This is what I am seeing when I try to log on to the Forza webpage.

Your account has been temporarily blocked

Someone may have used your account to send out a lot of junk messages or done something else that violates the Microsoft services agreement.

What do you need to do?

We'll send a verification code to your phone. After you enter the code, you can sign in.

I logged into my account on my mobile phone, or you can on PC, and got a verification code sent to my cell via text message and then entered that code in the box on my phone on my account page, then changed my password, and when I logged back in on my Xbox,
everything worked perfect.

I would attempt to cancel my subscription through logging in however it doesn't let me log in. All it says is that this account doesn't exist. However, as I'm responding to you on the supposedly non-existed account it clearly still exists. Whenever I click on one of my save emails it asks if I want to send a verification code to va*****@rambler.ru‎. Since, I do not know this account I cannot access it to send the verification code. In addition, if I go through Xbox game pass it says mm****@yahoo.com on the top but says *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** when I try to log in. It also asks for va*****@rambler.ru to send a verification code to that account as well

Two step verification.

This is where if you sign into your account somewhere or like try and change your password not only will it require you to enter your password but it will want to send a verification code to an email or text a code to a phone number that you have on the
account.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues logging in to your Microsoft account due to your login code not being accepted. It could be due to a number of reasons such as incorrect code entry or expired code.

If you are logging in through a browser, please try to use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge and use InPrivate / Incognito mode when logging in.

Please make sure that you’re entering the verification code correctly and that it hasn’t expired. Ensure as well that you have entered the latest code sent and not the older once to avoid entering the expired code.

If you have set more than 2 verification method, you can try to use other verification option like email, phone, authenticator, or maybe security key if you have set up one.

In addition, please try to use a different device an internet connection such as your smartphone while being connected to mobile data and while Wi-Fi is turned off.
