Please first check how many accounts or profiles are visible here, and make sure to sign in using the child account.

Once confirmed, sign in here using the Organizer's account and select your son's account. Then make sure to set the settings to Everyone/Allow.

Then, try to link his account to the Discord App and see if that will work.

If one account had a different date of birth ( which i am aware of !! ) would this affect the linking process?

I really wish it were so easy! This was one of the first thing I tried and I've just jumped on and double checked those settings are all set to allow and linking discord still doesn't work. I still get an error when on the xbox and trying to link to his discord account saying a child account can't change these settings.

I am trying to speak Through Discord via accessing Discord Servers and Xbox is Telling me to Re-Link my Account. I have Tried to do so and it hasn't worked. I have Unlinked and Relinked accounts to no Avail. I even created a New Account on Discord to try it out and it did not work

Hello! I know this is.. several months in the future, but I'm having the identical problem to this. My Xbox is repeatedly telling me I need to "relink" my account. Discord thinks everything is perfectly fine, it's only having issues when I try to transfer it to Xbox. I've relinked my account through the prompt, manually disconnected and reconnected my discord through the Xbox, and I've even manually disconnected and reconnected my discord through the discord app. Any suggestions? - as this is very frustrating to deal with.
