    Trying to issue "Get service for your device" controller after warranty that keep failing.


    Hi,

    I got an XBOX Controller that is under warranty and suddenly its LB button stop responding , I am trying to start the "Get service for your device" procedure under All devices->Xbox using "Device Service & Repair" after filling all the information eventually it fail ( Tried from several computers all got the same error eventually).
    This is the last error:

    TraceID: 0b/vS3WOUECJfWkb.34.288

    Trying to contact via the "https://support.microsoft.com/contactus" and still I am seeing the same problem and I am not able to talk to any real "Person" via chat or somthing else , What else can I do ? ‍‍‍‍

    Instead of using those links, try using this instead:

    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us/

    If you select Contact Us > Hardware & network > My controller ins't working properly > Other device > Describe as " My controller isn't working properly " you will get prompted to Sign in and will be taken with a few options to contact. One of them will be Request a Call and it is your best shot.

    If following those steps does not prompt you to Request a call, try a few different combinations just so you can get in contact through Live Chat/Request a call and you can properly explain your situation.

    Here hoping you can get your controller fixed as fast as possible!

    My Xbox Series X controller (on PC) has a problem. It is as if stick drift is occurring but it isn't the actual thumbstick!

    If you've registered your device, sign in at Device services to see the device's warranty status. If it's within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you'll be charged a repair fee.

    After you have registered your device, follow these steps:

    To my understanding, the Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty. If you are experiencing issues within the warranty period, you can request a repair/replacement service.

    To get started, sign in at Device services,
    select Register new device, and then follow the instructions.

    After you've registered, you'll see the warranty status for your device. If it's within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you'll be charged a repair fee.
