Trying to install Games off Xbox game pass STILL NOT WORKING Again

You can install the Xbox Game Pass mobile app, and it will send notifications when games are leaving Game Pass and when new games arrive. If you can't install the app, you can follow Xbox Game Pass on Twitter. There is also a Game Pass section on the Home
Dashboard of the Xbox console now where you can find this information.

Try to delete the Steam installed version of the game, and also the Game Pass version, then, try to install it directly on the Xbox app and try to open it again. That should fix it.

Is this the only game that you cannot install off your game pass? Kindly also try to install it using MS store, open the app, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has the game pass and should change the store account. Try installing your game again.

I have reset the computer and still I can't access game pass. I can install other games via the xbox box app but when I try to install an xbox game pass game it gives me no drives.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand trying to install game but still shows it taking the space. We recommend looking over the

troubleshoot games Windows 10. There is a section specifically if your PC restarts while installing.

If you restart your PC while installing a game from Game Pass, the installation state might not be apparent when you re-open the Xbox (Beta) app or the Store. But the partially installed game is likely still there!

To continue installing:

• From the game details page, start the installation again. This should resume installing where it left off.
