Trying to install free trial but keep getting this error on DTS. Help?

You'll find most Blu-rays use DTS Master Audio in stead of Dolby, which would likely be a component of it. An easy way to test this would be to do the free trial of the DTS app and see what happens

If you have already used a free trial on your account and try to get the free month it will bring up that error

No, I was asking can i have xbox live gold for 1 month not a trial because i was gonna get xbox gold anyways but it says i cant get it and my bill information keep saying it a error with it i keep trying to fill in the bill information but it wont let me

I can also confirm that it is a DTS audio problem but it can be worked around very easily with a free program called PopCorn MKV AudioConverter.

Install it and it will ask if you want to also install MKVToolNix. Once installed just select the source MKV movie file and tick the box on the top right "Convert DTS Tracks". Also tick "convert to Dolby Digital". You have a few other options in here to
keep the DTS file too. This is up to you but I've not found a way of changing ausio tracks in the Media Player. (If anyone has let me know).

You then select file destination (Use a drive that's different to source). HIT RUN!

This will fairly quickly (10mins on my PC with a SSD drive) convert the DTS to Dolby Digital and Remux it back into the MKV to create a new video file with audio that will play.

have you uninstalled the free trial and any save data from that?

you might have to try redownloading the trial and removing the game/save data from all locations then uninstall it and install the full game.

I would recommend doing a power cycle of your Xbox after uninstalling the trial to clear the cache before installing the full game.
