Trying to help my boyfriend reset his password

My boyfriend is trying to recover his Xbox account and every time we try to reset his account it keeps sending the code to the old email which doesn’t exist anymore and we can’t get in contact with Xbox or Microsoft to help us. The account is with his current email and keeps trying to send the code to the wrong email.

1. You won't be charged twice, as your boyfriends account is only charged once for his Gamertag etc..

2. If you have changed his account to your Hotmail Email Address & Password, your boyfriends Password would be invalid & you need to use your Email Address details etc..

this is my son's account i'm trying to help him with to get back online with his gamertag not my boyfriend..the thing is you use to see the e-mail's on the xbox until they added that new dashboard
