Trying to get XBOX Live but It ain't Working...

Recently, my little Brother bought PVZ:GW for the XBOX 360, but when he logs into it, it says that we need XBOX Live, but when we try... It gives us one of Four different Error Messages... (XBOX Live has been discontinued, You have no more months on your plan, Code not Valid (After applying the new XBOX Live Gold Code on it), and Live Account Needed for you to get a Live account (After trying to get Live)

XBOX Virtual Assistant has just made thing worse, and I need Help for this to work right. May someone PLEASE HELP Me...?

If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

This doesn't help, as I already tried numberous times, but it says that not only is Phone calls not availible for my issue, but also, the ONLY option on fixing/doing this is the Virtual Assistant who didn't help at all

You will need to contact the online support to investigate further. Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

I'm glad to see the Xbox Live enforcement protocols are working just fine.
