Trying to get the code for the free game offer help please ! !!!!

I'm trying to figure out why I didn't get any code for the game Max:the curse of the brotherhood I have an offer on my x box right now for it and it says there would bea code in my messages and there is no code, help pleasei would like to try this game

Wanna purchase 360 game with Gold, but wants me to pay I already have Gold, why does It want paying?

On Xbox One, I'm trying to get the 360 game for free with gold, but keeps telling me I have to pay $19.99. Why is it having me to pay for a game that is free with gold when I already have Gold?

Somebody please help me because the offer ends Feb 28.

Did you buy the promotion or did your use a prepaid code

If prepaid code that would be why

You need to buy the promotion with a valid billing option.

Also most offers require 4-6weekz to be full filled but if you used a code it won't work
