trying to get the badges seen on major Nelson account

Badges are only available for employee accounts.

It could be badges that show on your gamercard, Major Nelson is a good example to see these.

Those used to be from a 0 point achievement that people could mod thier accounts with, I don't think they use them in that system any more.



Or it is tenure, years on Xbox Live, that will show on your gamercard having been modded.

If you are talking about the badges that Phil Spencer and Major Nelson has on their profiles then you would need to work for Microsoft/Xbox. As those badges are given to employees only.

Xbox Ambassadors does get a badge that shows that they are Ambassadors. Need to join the program and reach the bronze tier to qualify for the badge.
