Trying to get original account back

I have been trying to get an account back for the past 6 months. I believe it was hacked because it didn't have any emails I used. I just recently found out it was suspended and was supposed to get it straightened out after receiving a specific email, but
I never received it. If I could chat with someone and fix this, that would be fantastic.

The Xbox phone and chat support don't have any access to that. Account blocks are not handled by Xbox, they are handled by the Microsoft Account team. In order to contact the Microsoft Account team you need to go to answers.microsoft.com and go to the
Microsoft Account forum, you'll need to use a different account to post there.

http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can submit a case review for the suspension.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. As long as you know the email address or gamertag of the account, it can be recovered. The best way to recover the account is to contact the
Xbox support team with that knowledge. Be sure to let us know the results!

Hello TaxingRope5, sorry that you are having issues getting back into your account.

If you have already submitted the recovery form and it came back that if failed, I would recommend contacting xbox phone support. They might be able to get everything sent up to a specialist to have them get your account up and running again.
