    I have an open repair ticket with RockStar for months now and I get NO HELP.

    I am trying to game GTAVonline and I keep getting things like " YOUR PROFILE DOES NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO ACCESS GTA ONLINE" (I DO have it set for adult)

    When I sign on it takes me right to Story Mode. (I have it set to go to online)

    PLEASE HELP !!!!

    I am caught in the twilight zone with GTA online

    Before i start, i wish to speak with xbox directly, and cant find a way to reach them. ( so they can veiw my purchase history for the game as evidence). I will also provide any pictures necesarry to my argument upon request.

    I currently am in an open support ticket with rockstar games.

    My initial issue was with their new terrorbyte, as i was not able to change my licence plate. Their solution to this problem was to remove all of my custom licence plates from social club. I consented to have the removal. And was not informed it would compromise
    my account.

    Upon the removal. I now am facing issues with all of my GTA online personal vehicles. I now have the same in game accesibility as somebody who has duplicated vehichles (cheaters) despite the fact the rockstar games states to me via email suport ticket that
    i am not a cheater. Again i will post such information if nesesary

    With this being the state of my account. I am no longer able to sell or customize my vehicles, i am missing out on all kinds of sales. And over all i just simply am no longer able to enjoy my game. I have made alot of purchases in shark cards. And have been
    an avid player for now 3 and a half years. My account is in total ruins. I still have an open ticket with rockstar and they are refusing to answer me and furthur help with this. I need help!!!

    Believe me, I tried. I had to do everything with online tech support because there is no rockstar support phone number, you have to open a ticket. I thought maybe I would get my code after xbox actually took my money out of the bank, but no such luck. So,
    I pre ordered on July 28th and never got the code for the $2,000,000 for GTA that I paid for. I see people are having the same problem. Did you guys upload the video for them? If so, did it work? It doesn’t seem like Rockstar really cares. I left a survey
    about the ticket and what I went through and they never did anything. Guess I’m just a small fry for them.

    Yeah, they told me that too. But I had talked to XBox support 5 minutes before opening a ticket on Rockstar Support and the XBox rep told me they weren’t the problem, that Rockstar is who has to take care of it. Trying to get this code has been a total
    nightmare. Red Dead is out tomorrow and I STILL haven’t gotten any code, nor has any support staff here or at Rockstar done a damn thing about it. Totally Salty

    I'd say try clearing your cache. If that doesn't work (on top of everything else you've tried) head over to the Rockstar Support site. Give the community end of the support or the 'knowledge base' a quick look through. If you can't find a solution open up
    a ticket (submit a ticket). They will get back to you with a solution.
