Trying to get my device in for repair under warranty

Thanks for bringing your question to the forums. Unfortunately there is no way to buy the internal parts separately from Microsoft. Is the console under warranty, you may get it repaired that way if it is. Also if not in warranty you can try some third party
repair shops to try get it repaired. You can check if it in warranty at
Device support. An out of warranty repair may be cheaper also then buying a new one.

Thanks for the quick reply. Even though the repair was recent, my device page shows that the Microsoft Limited Warranty ended years ago. I will get in touch with an agent to schedule a second repair under warranty.

if your Xbox is still under warranty you should start a repair order.

go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and select your Xbox to see your warranty status and start the repair process.

if it is out of warranty you can still get it repaired but there is a fee for out of warranty repairs.

It depends if the headset is directly a xbox headset you can have it repaired if it is still under warranty.

If it is a third party I.e turtlebeach then you will have to return it via their support services to have it repaired or replaced.

In any case if it is under warranty then try visiting this website if it is not under warranty there may be repair cost involved.

To request a repair under warranty

First, you’ll need to submit a service order request. Get started on your request by signing in at Device Support and then select Register new device. After you've registered, you’ll see the warranty status for your device. If it’s within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you’ll be charged a repair fee.
