    trying to get in touch with support , press support panel asks to fill in fields but will not ...


    hi all have battlefield 1 ,bought it in June purchase completed but they never sent the download , be through all the advice but still not down load , I'm trying to get in touch with support , asks to fill in required field but will not allow me to , i.e.
    name etc. click on the panel for name but will not let me type in the panel any advice on this or how to get in touch with support another way would be great.

    I am not sure if I can post this here or not.

    I am trying to chat with xbox support agent, when I sign in, it asks me for my full name, but I cannot fill it because the field are not active.

    I tried several browsers including edge, but I cannot write in the fields and I cannot start the chat.

    Just spent half hour trying to get on to xbox one support but on the last page it wont allow two fields which are required to be completed so guess what i cant get support from them surprise surprise!!!!!!! Ive just paid for six months of access with the
    intention of using GTAV online. In six months ive played 3 times online the rest of the time rockstar is not available. WTF is going on and how do i get useless *** microsoft to allow me to ask a question.

    Every way I try to get help from microsoft employee ends up with failure to fill those bars

    Go to http://account.live.com and make sure all of your information is filled in correctly. That should auto-fill those fields.

    If not, you'll need to try phone support. If you post the region you're in, I can get you the number.

    Hi I'm sorry to hear your issue - I'm having exactly the same problem and can find no way to contact Microsoft to discuss who has set up the payment or who it is for (other than the fact it is 10.99 a month for an xbox subscription).

    I don't have an xbox and can't understand how this has been set up. I want to know who has committed fraud on my account and which username the xbox user who is charging my account is using, but I can't get to speak to a person, and the support page just sends you round in circles. Whoever it is has given my email address, and Microsoft email me to tell me they are charging me, but I don't have the ability to respond as when I log in to Microsoft with the same email address there are no subscriptions showing on my account.

    Are there no humans at Microsoft who can help me resolve this?

    Why should I have to spend hours of my time sorting this, when a simple phone call to Microsoft could resolve it quickly and allow me to press charges against anyone who is fraudulently using my bank details and my personal email address it seems.

    Do Microsoft allow more than one account from the same email address I wonder, with different passwords? This might explain why I can't see the subscriptions going out of my Microsoft account - maybe someone else has an account with my email address? I have no idea how this works, but all I know is Microsoft email me at my personal email address to tell me they are going to take £10.99 every month from my bank.

    Long rambling post I know but I really need some help with this.

    Hello,

    To start, the forums platform is not a way that we can set up a call with you. To be clear you are saying that you are getting charged 10.99 per month for a subscription for a Microsoft account that does not have one. And to further clarify, this is a situation where someone is using your Bank details to pay for a subscription for an account you do not own?

    Normally, the direction would be to go to xbox.com/refund, however if the purchases are being made for an account you do not own, then it is best to contact your bank because you may be a victim of fraud.
