    Okay so I recently i atrempted to get help with not being able to get on my Xbox one gamertag.

    NOTE: this question was about not being able to log into my Xbox Live due to my (Outtlook (email) due to a permanent ban on my windows 10 account on my pc )

    I use my outlook.com account to sign in my Xbox but since my outlook email got locked it's impossible. My Xbox one account was already confirmed to have no enforcement violations. I called up on Thursday and I was sent a account reinstatement form to fill
    out I still haven't received any reply back who can I contact to resolve this I tried calling up Microsoft but I guess their phones are offline. I'm wanting to get this done ASAP.

    Any advice? I have the Microsoft support employees name in an email message along with my case number.

    Please do not bump old threads. If you haven't already, you would need to file a police report and they can get in touch with Microsoft to try to track it down.

    Yes I did, and they told me there is not a phone number for the Microsoft online security team. I just feel like I’m running in circles trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone to unlock this account. I was hoping that someone in the community forum might be able to help direct me or perhaps someone from the Microsoft security team monitors these forums to help get in touch with someone.

    i was charge twice for mw2 vault edition thats 100 $ plus transaction to my bank account trying to get in touch with microsoft but it seems that is easier fall from and airplane to get a hold of customer service over in microsoft somebody knows how to get a phone number from this guys
