Trying to get help on xbox support

Hi, has anyone tried to have a telephone support on Xbox web? I have a serious problem and I need to call there. But after all my tries I always ended up by an "error and please try it again later".

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

Thank you for you reply.

Fortunately I have managed to call there today. And I was doing this all the time, but somehow it didn't offer me any option where I could write my number and it was just loading and then the error message appeared.

u said it had to do with PC gaming so unless it is xbox there is no way to get help from xbox support, if it is xbox try calling xbox support
